# Rental Site Pricing Details
• The Rent-A-Site Program has been designed to give companies an edge on the internet by designing a site that can be marketable and profitable, while not incurring a huge upfront start-up cost. The site is a fully customize website designed specifically for the customer while using no templates. You’ll have the edge you need without the cost.
• The site must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months. After 12 months they renter can cancel at anytime.
• The “rented” site is temporarily owned by the hosting company, N’Spire Marketing Group.
• The site cannot be sold, transferred without the mutual consent of the renter and N’Spire Marketing Group.
